Filling Panel Seams
Day 11: April 23, 2002 - 1.5 hrs
Learned an important lesson about filling seams -- use a squeegee to remove excess epoxy. I had used a paper towel to wipe off the excess yesterday. The problem with this is two-fold; when the seam is wiped with paper towel it tends to concave the epoxy in the seam. Secondly, it makes a bit of a mess as the epoxy is smeared on each side of the seam. This will require additional sanding later to remove the excess. Using the squeegee makes cleaning the excess a LOT easier and doesn't concave the seam.

Day 12: April 25, 2002 - 1.0 hrs
Staple Removal - Removed all the wires from the boat and it didn't fall apart. Went over the boat one final time and filled in any seams that were a bit on the low side.
