July 12 - Hull taped below shear line
|
As per the instructions, I placed masking tape about 1 inch below the shear along the length of the kayak. The fiberglass on the deck will drape over the shear onto the top hull panel and will be cut off at the top of the masking tape after the epoxy starts to set.
