Hey everyone, curious what kind of padding setups people are using these days. Foam, inflatable, custom fit? What’s been the most comfortable and reliable for longer paddles? Looking to tweak my setup—any simple tips appreciated!
Because of an old lower back injury, I need a seat backband that is erect. Otherwise I cannot paddle for very long. Typically I must modify the backband by putting minicel foam behind it to keep it exactly where I need it. Then I'm fine.
It is not my situation, but I know of people who require a thigh pad under the thighs and in front of the seat pan.
