Tsleil-Waututh and Squamish Nation are co-hosting a Protect the Salish Sea Canoe Journey on September 1st Today. First Nation paddlers throughout the Salish Sea are gathering at Ambleside Park and paddling to Whey-ah-Wichen/Cates Park for a traditional ceremony. Paddlers will be departing Ambleside at 1 PM today. All are welcome. This will be a rare opportunity to paddle through Vancouver Harbour. 20 ocean going traditional First Nation canoes are expected.

Wish I could be there. Please post any pictures. Hope to get reports on tomorrow's Salish Sea Fesival. Hope many WCP's are going.
Enbridge here, Kinder Morgan where you are, Keystone XL there.
Many fronts.
