I have an original, brand new kettle, if somebody needs one.

And it is not the worst idea to bring a couple of extra o-rings, melting rings has happened to all of us!

    Lost Items

A few of items were left behind -- a pair of neoprene gloves, a black dry bag, a green dinner plate, an MSR pot grabber, and four slightly rotten bananas. Owners can get in touch with me to arrange their return (with the exception of the bananas -- we threw them out).

Also, I seem to be missing a stove -- it's an MSR Simmerlite. Perhaps someone mistakenly grabbed it off the table under the tarp?

Did you by chance find a spoon?

I REALLY WANT MY SPOON BACK!!!!!!! My set is not a set anymore

Is it kind of a flat stick with one end cupped? What colour is it? I think there is an extra one in my kitchen set -- it might be yours.

Probably me. I have a Primus Kettle that I got at MEC

    Link to kettle

Just under 1L.. I'm happy with mine. It fits well in the 25 series.

2" of snow?!? It was barely an inch, if that. Andreas, it's no wonder your wife seems disappointed all the time.

Waverider, where's your mind at? Andreas once told me that his wife likes winter activities -- obviously, she'd be disappointed if there's only five inches of snow when she was told there was ten.

    (j/k Andreas!)

Thanks for the informative comments on your hammocking experience. Now that I have actually seen one in person, and after reading your positive comments, I think I will give hammocking a go.

We do. He is so tolerant of our teasing. I never got a chance to check out any of the hammocks at Beaumont. DarrenM's elegant setup on a trip to the Deers last year certainly got my attention, however!
