Where did you paddle in July 2019?

    It just wouldn't be summer without a paddle up Stave Lake. We headed out early in the morning to try to avoid the crowds. DK.jpg

    We found that every spot where you could put up a tent had been claimed. Lots of power boats and Jet Skis.

    Did a nice trip from Saratoga Beach to Metalatch to Savary Island (45km).

    I’m actually quite grateful that the party-boat people confine themselves to lakes and tend to cluster.
