I came across an interesting device used to teach proper torso rotation on the forward stroke.
Called the Torso Tool, it is described on page 114 of Shelley Johnson's "the Complete Sea Kayaker's Handbook", 2nd Ed., with a photograph.
I would have thought a Google search might turn up a reference or two, but so far, nothing.
Has anyone made one of these or used one?
I would love a materials list to make one for my own use. The photograph in the book is helpful, but it doesn't really illustrate fully the webbing harness used to strap it on.
Cheers! Glad to have found this forum.
