    Ordering thru the states

I googled Kokatat coupon codes. When you find one, copy the code and paste it in during checkout. There is a window that says something like, any coupon codes? Some codes are expired, but you can paste in other codes and hopefully one works.

    Ordering thru the states

Thanks everyone. I went ahead and ordered. I was able to get a coupon code for free shipping. This was by fedex. Made in the US so no duty, thanks to NAFTA. Charge for pst/gst as expected. FedEx fee of only $10. Ordered late Monday night and delivery is Thursday to Canada. Fast turnaround. Ready...

    Ordering thru the states

Thanks for your replies, appreciate your help. I’m fairly certain kokatat is made in the US. So my understanding is with the NAFTA agreement there would be no duty. But I’m not positive. Yes I could send to Sumas but the shipping charge is $50 to there or $50 to abbotsford. That’s no problem. I...

    Delta 12s / 12 10 reviews

Yes, still a Seaward design. As far as recreational or toughness, it depends on who you talk to as I am hearing opposing views. Anyways I ended going with the Boreal and waiting for a good day to take it out. Thanks everyone for your input, it's much appreciated!

Boreal Design Halo 130 TX - ULTRALIGHT.....

Yeah that sounds good since many of the kayak saddles use felt. Any idea what type of glue to use that would work both on felt and the soft foam blocks?

Boreal Design Halo 130 TX - ULTRALIGHT.....

No not yet, it's on the list! For some reason this Boreal does not slide at all on the foam blocks I used with the Necky. Must be the different material, the plastic Necky slide very easily on the blocks when mounting on the car top. It's very strange but working on a plan to resolve this somehow.

Boreal Design Halo 130 TX - ULTRALIGHT.....

Thanks. That is a very cool product and something I will definitely consider for the future. I still need to get the kayak into storage or down to the water so other reasons for a lightweight kayak. Currently I use a Boat Roller I bought at Cabela's, it works great!

Boreal Design Halo 130 TX - ULTRALIGHT.....

Hello, Does anyone have any experience with the Boreal Halo 130? I'm looking at the rudder version. I don't see any reviews or videos online and would appreciate anyone's thoughts on this boat or on Boreal Designs as a whole. Use is day trips, year round on Fraser Valley lakes, rivers and...

    Delta 12s / 12 10 reviews

Thanks for the suggestion jeffhan! Yes it looks good, weight (the ultralight version at 39lbs), length, hatches, no thigh brace though. Honestly I'm not sure I need a rudder, would prefer a skeg for assistance as needed. Hard to find a boat with my specs with a skeg. I haven't found too many...

    Delta 12s / 12 10 reviews

Thank you to all who have replied, much appreciated!! I am a novice and in only 8 trips max in my first kayak this last fall, I know I need a better one. The Delta 12.10 is appealing because of the weight (to load to car myself) and reasonable length to also manage on car and storage. I mostly...
