Brooks spray skirts still in business?

Hi all,

I've been shopping around for a new spray skirt - with Snap Dragon out of business (the Glacier Exp would have been my first choice) I was looking at a Brooks Neo/Waterproof Breathable Tour. Problem is their website won't let me place an order and they aren't answering my e-mail. Does anyone know if they're still in business?
