I have been watching a thread where some of you are discussing kayak carts. Carts are a different thing from my bicycle trailer, but if you don't need the cart to disassemble and store in the kayak (i.e., you are just looking for a cart to use when walking on ferries, or when bringing your kayak from a car to the launch point), then a a cart/trailer like this is more sturdy and rolls more easily than the small kayak-specific carts I have seen.
I understand that not everyone will be up for building or using a trailer the way I do, but it’s been a really useful piece of my kayaking gear. Maybe it will prove helpful, or at least interesting, to some of you.
