Peter McLaren (mac47) came across Denis Dwyer's blog covering a 63 day trip up through the inside passage and continuing up to Alaska.

Denis has lots of good information, locations, plus has pictures at each campsite. He has also graciously allowed his info to be used as further reference for the marine trails database.
