I'd always thought of a cowboy scramble as a re-entry technique for use if your roll failed. Turns out it can also be part of a routine launch...

I'm eagerly awaiting the sequel where he jumps back onto the dock.
I was picturing a grappling hook on the end of his throwline, he swarms up 60s Batman-style, then rigs a swiftwater rescue Z-drag system vertically to get his boat back up...

I though he was going to land feet first in the seating area , and bust straight thru.
If it was shallow he could land on his feet!!!
A belly flop anyone?

If this is a ladder-built-in in the dock side, hang on to a line and maybe just climb down and get in?
