Anyone familiar with this model?

It's quite an old one, and from what I've read tippy when unloaded but quite nice when loaded.

There's one for sale near me that's begging for a restoration.
 
Just looking at the reviews very intriguing,not sure it would be my cup of tea but would love a test paddle when you are done restoring it
