Having recently joined the ranks of the unemployed (and I'm blaming this on those damn tankers roaming up and down the inside passage!) I'd love to join the camp out. (This is however, entirely contingent upon the sale of said kids.)

There won't be a date which "everyone" can attend. But closer it gets, harder to make plan for most of the people.
I am running out of options if it is in September :shock:
 
I believe I'll be able to make either last weekend in September or the first weekend in October.
Dan, if you can't make it, can we at least borrow your fab Pavillion kitchen tarp thingie :D

Man, I'm so glad it was one of the women on the list who posted that request!

But seriously Dan, that might be a fair trade: I should have a two kayak toting car on the road by the time of the trip. If Maddie wanted to come on this trip but you can't, I should be able to pick up and return her, her boat, and the tarp. You know she'd be escorted by a fleet of fiercely protective honourary uncles and aunts...

Why don't we just do it when Dan can make it too! Then he can bring the tarp and the daughter! He's only said the one weekend that he can't make it, no? What with school too...wonder if Maddie can actually come at all...
 
LOL. I can make it any weekend except the weekend of October the 4th. But any other weekend than that, and it is all good. :D
 
Thanks for the suggestion Kathy, but this trip doesn't revolve around me. If it works out better for everyone on that weekend, then that's the weekend that it should be on.

Kayakwriter, no problem for the Pavilion.

And even if I can't make it, Maddie might be able to make it (we'll have to discuss it a bit further here at home).

The weekend of Sept 27-28 was mentioned by several people as a good one as was the weekends of Oct 4-5 (Hmmmmor Oct 11-12).

Pick one or the other, or we're going to have to call this thing off.
